Ansys EmployeeHi,
Unfortunately, I can't view the video. If the magnet does not move and the magnetic pole direction is based on the Global Coordinate System (CS), please open the material properties and verify that the Material Coordinate System Type is set correctly. It can be Cartesian, Cylindrical, or Spherical. Based on this setting, the magnetic coercivity direction will be:- Cartesian CS: X, Y, and Z remain unchanged.
- Cylindrical CS: X corresponds to radial distance, Y to the angular coordinate, and Z remains unchanged.
If your magnet's orientation is linked to a coordinate system other than the Global CS, check the object properties and, under Orientation, select the appropriate coordinate system.
Hope this helps!
