Reduce linewidth

Hello, I am working on recreating a figure from a paper. I am sure I have used the right parameters as I obtained the same result as the paper using another software. But I want to reproduce the result in Lumerical. I am getting a good resonance, but the linewidth I am getting is much wider than the desired result I want. I have used mesh override and am using mesh accuracy=7. I will attach screenshot of the result I obtained from S4 and Lumerical. My target is to get similar linewidth as the S4 plot.

There could be a few different causes for this, it's hard to say without know more about the simulation. I would recommend going through the list of key FDTD settings in this post to make sure the settings are correct: /forum/discussion/24201/ansys-insight-key-fdtd-simulation-settings#latest
In particular, I think it would be a good idea to make sure the simulation time is long enough, the mesh is fine enough, and that the material fit is good. Ultimately, convergence testing should be used to make sure the settings are correct.
