Quality Factor

Hi, I have a rectangular planner coil that I’ve simulated in HFSS. I’ve calculated its resonance frequency using S11, which comes out to 41.434 MHz. Now, I want to compute the quality factor (Q) using HFSS itself, without using the Eigenmode solver. Could anyone suggest a method or approach for this?
