partition coefficient in Solidification and melting model with species transport

      Hi all,

I am simulating alloy remelting process with alloy element evaporation. I would like to use solidification and melting model to describe the mushy zone. I define alloy as solvent and another alloy element as solute as a mixutre with using the species model. then I have following questions :

      1. where to set up the partition coefficient Ki, I cannot find it in GUI?
      2. where to set up the Eutectic mass fraction for each of component? i cannot find it in either materials for each fluid or for mixture.
      3. if my alloy does not have a specific eutectic temperature, can the solidus temperature of solvent be appromatiely used as eutectic temperture?

any answer will be great help.

      Thanks in advance!

You may want to read  https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/public/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v251/en/flu_th/flu_th_chp_melt_freeze.html  The model isn't overly intelligent so if the alloy results in "odd" material properties you may need to use a UDF or rethink the approach.
