SubscriberHello everyone,
I am currently working on an analysis of tower crane according to EN13001 standard. I want to perform a reposonse surface optimization, where I am going to try to try to reduce the utilization factor of beams with overshoots depending on different cross section sizes. I have previously performed response surface optimization but for a 3D solid geometry. Right now I am working with beam elements and can't manage to set up dimensions of beam cross sections as parameters for my optimization. Is there a way to even do that?
Thanks everyone in advance!
