No ignition inpremixed combustion of systhesis gas using Gri mech3

Hello,

ı m using ansys fluent for my thesis about cdc combustion of sythesis gas of ch4,h2,co species. I used species transport model, for turbulenxce k-e realizable and imported Grimech3 , by using _chemkim cfd solver, pressure model colupled, second order coupling, heat transfer mixed model , my model worked wıth methane and 8 step reaction i used. But unfortunately ı could not see homogenous tenperature view and ignition. Could you please help me to get expected results.

Which combustion model and sub-options are you using? Is it EDC or FR?

I used EDC with cfd chemkin solver

Thanks for your response. Please run the case with EDM or FR/EDM to get the an initialized flow. Then switch to EDC. Ensure the stoichiometric coefficients are applied correctly.
