Missing Sample Files and Tutorials in Ansys Sound

Unable to locate some essential files required for simulations. Specifically, I cannot find the following files in the SAS folder:

• Sample Files

• Tutorial Videos

• 3D Trans

• Car Sound Simulator

Due to this, I am unable to perform the required simulations. I have attached screenshots for referenceU

Can you please got othe main menu on the top and the one called ‘?’, and navigate to tutorial videos and samples?

If that does not help or is not what you want pls let us know and explain a bit more and we will try and help.

Thank you but after clickiing on the "?" and selecting tutorial videos or samples I am getting the following error:

The issue you are mentioning has been resolved in the 2025 R1 Service Pack (Pack 2) which you can install it in addition to the main installer.
