Meshing problem: Empty face zones & minimum aspect ratio for volumetric mesh

  Whenever i want to create a volume mesh with boundary layers in ansys fluent it gives me this error message. I can create a surface mesh which looks fine(aspect ratio=3.89 and max skewness <0.8, average). it is also possible to generate a volumetric mesh without boundary layers
