Mesh resolution check for scalar (Temperature) fields

I am performing a 3D LES for a flow past a circular cylinder at Pr = 2. I know that a rough estimate of the mesh resolution can be made using the resolved_spectrum ratio, as can be seen in the photo attached below. I want to check my mesh resolution for the temperature field, or subsequently, thermal energy. Is there a similar way to the one below to estimate mesh resolution for a scalar field?
