The same Lumerical 2024R2.03 version runs normally on Windows, but it encounters an error on the Linux system. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? We greatly appreciate your prompt assistance and look forward to your guidance.

      Dear Subscriber,

It seems the simulation was interrupted, but the reason is not clear.

      1. Would you be able to share the log file for the iteration that failed? Do you see any errors in it?
      2. Is this happening on the first iteration? Can you run just one simulation to completion (without optimization)?
      3. What version of Linux are you using? Is this issue occurring only on this Linux machine? Would you be able to check it on a different Linux machine?
      4. Is it a remote machine, and how do you connect to it?
      5. How did you set up the simulation resources on that machine?
      6. Have you tried running any optimization examples from our gallery? Did you encounter similar issues?

      Best regards,
      Kirill
