Unicamp CompĆ³sitos is a team dedicated to the design, simulation, manufacture, and testing of high-performance composite structures and materials. It emerged in 2015 from a branch of Unicamp's FSAE team and has participated annually in the SAMPE Academic Challenge, where it placed third in the natural fiber square section category in 2024. Currently, Unicamp CompĆ³sitos is comprised of students from the Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering programs. Furthermore, some of the group's main objectives are the professional development of its members and the democratization of knowledge to other academic institutions.
