SubscriberI have noticed a strange phenomenon when using the independent reinforcement method for shell elements. When I offset the top or bottom of the shell elements, I can only generate reinf264 elements within half of the thickness; if the elements are located more than 0.5 times the thickness and less than 1 times the thickness, the reinforcement will only be generated at 0.5 times the thickness. However, if I reinforce the shell elements first, I can lay out the reinf264 units anywhere within the thickness range, and after the reinforcement is finished, then the rebar will change in synchronization with the shell after the offset. In the beam elements, the order of offsets and reinforcement placement does not affect the actual results, but not in the shell elements. Is this a bug in the software or is there a real difference between the two?
