Hi all,
I hope you’re all having a great day!
I’m studying aerodynamic instabilities in solar trackers. For this, I’m conducting a parametric study of a 2D model of the solar panels. The parameters being varied are the inlet velocity and the angle of attack. The issue arises when I try to determine the aerodynamic coefficients, as the values make no sense for any angle. I’m performing a transient study using the SST k-omega turbulence model.
I’ll attach some photos for better understanding. (Clarification: 180º would be totally horizontal, 160º means an inclination of 20º (180-120=160).)
