impossible installation

  After an error in the first installation proces, I retried to install multiple time but at 0% I have halways the same error. I have tried to delete the precedent installation file (there where non unistall.exe or similar file in the folder) but nothing cange. Please, I have some delivery deadlines to meet. thats is the screen that appeard to me. Thanks you in advances.

  I have alredy tried to be helped by a Windows remote assistant withou any succes so he conclude my best chance was to obtain support from some ANSYS expert/assistant.
