how to create custom diode and add its netlist into Ansys circuit designer ?

I am trying to simulate a 2.45 GHz RF voltage doubler rectifier circuit in Ansys Circuit Designer (Nexxim) using HSMS-282E Schottky diodes. I previously validated the circuit in LTspice using the default diode to check rectification and now I want to replicate the same with HSMS-282E Schottky diodes in Ansys.

I need help with: How to create or import a custom diode model (e.g., using .model or .subckt or using netlist from the vendor SPICE parameter values)

How to add that custom diode model to a schematic in Circuit Designer

If there’s a preferred way to simulate nonlinear rectifier circuits like this at high frequency , harmonic balance vs. transient
