How to correctly calculate the convection heat transfer coefficient for oil-cool

Hello everyone, I've recently been using Fluent to calculate the temperature of an oil cooled motor, my idea is to calculate the convective heat transfer coefficient of the spray first, and then calculate the temperature, and I'm currently encountering some problems: I found that the results of calculations using different turbulence models are not the same, and I'm confused so I'd like to get some information, case studies on the correct way to calculate the convective heat transfer coefficient of oil cooled motors.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, pictures may help.

Spray onto a surface may well alter the heat transfer, and as turbulence models have different wall functions & strengths and you've not said what you used it's difficult to comment further.
