Currently, using the Report Plots will show the time from the calculation from where it was stopped. You can clear the data if you want by Report Plots > RMB > Clear Data. But this will still continue from the time step you have previously simulated.

Hi, you can use the (rpsetvar ‘flow-time 0) command.

Forum ModeratorTo clarify, did you intend to start the run at 0s or do you want to display the plot from 0s? Fluent can save monitors to a file, but only retains 1000 by default with the data file. The above comments both answer what you've asked, but I'm not sure you've asked for what you want.Â
