Generating multiple node merge groups

  Hi,
  When creating node merge groups, I am not able to generate all node merge groups at the same time. See in picture 1, I created 3 node merge groups and tried to generate all 3 together by right clicking on 'Mesh Edit' and then used the option 'Generate'. When I do this, only one of the node merge group is getting generated and the other two not. I have checked the node merge groups individually to see something is wrong but they work perfectly well. please see the pic 2 and 3. Can you please tell me how I can fix it?

  It can be hard to help without looking at the model (which we are not allowed to do here in the forum).
  
  Also I would avoid merging as we cannot control what is merged (look at shared topology and mesh workflows to generate connected mesh).
  As you are support eligible you contact your channel partner and send the model to them, and they should be able to help you with this.
