Fluent Won’t Launch on HPC Cluster

I'm encountering an MPI bootstrap proxy error when running Ansys Fluent 2025on my institutional HPC cluster. I'm relatively new to working with HPC clusters, so I appreciate your patience. The error indicates "Unable to run bstrap_proxy" with exit code 256, followed by "Error setting up the bootstrap proxies" and an srun error about requested node configuration not being available. I've already worked with our IT team who confirmed the cluster configuration is correct, nodes are accessible, permissions are proper, and there's sufficient disk space. They've exhausted their troubleshooting and suggested I reach out to Ansys support. Are there specific MPI or SLURM configurations needed for Fluent 25.2.0 on institutional clusters, or what the appropriate settings should be? Any guidance would be appreciated.
