SubscriberHelloÂ
I want to convert files from scdoc to the new SpaceClaim format.
When I select an entire folder in the converter with the following options (I've attached an example photo), it causes problems. For example, the folder is located in C: and I want to export all the files to a folder on the desktop I created called converted files.
The converter starts creating various folders and subfolders, but it randomly places the files in and out. It doesn't maintain my file structure and even creates duplicate files. -

If this is the latest version of SpaceClaim, do you have a solution? Are you aware of any similar issues?

SubscriberHello Devendra
This morning I tried to convert the files again, and it seems to convert them automatically. It says it converted them all, but only converts half.
Can you help me? It's urgent.
Can this problem be fixed with the converter?Regards

Forum ModeratorHi Roberto,Â
Few questions from our side which developers need to investigate this further:
New format is .scdocx?Â
Are the input files in a single folder, or a hierarchy?
But then the output files create a dir structure? Can you get a screenshot or something of the input and output folders? Or more details so that we may try to reproduce it?
Regards,
DevendraÂ

SubscriberHi devendra yes, I am converting the files from scdoc to scdocx.
In the first test I did, the input files were located in folders and subfolders, therefore in a hierarchy. For example, I activated the following options so that the entire hierarchy would be created in the chosen path.
However, this only worked partially: it created some folders and not others, and it made copies of the same file multiple times, both inside the folders and outside them in random paths. The selected folder is the one called CASSETTE GIUNZIONE which has multiple hierarchies
I attach the photo and video of the original folder and the folder where it converted the files.
First it created folders for me outside of the one I set up , So it created duplicates, now I'm attaching a link to a video.
The test folder is where the files should be converted, while the screenshot on the left is the original one.Link video https://app.screencast.com/5FnhmVIEZXDIm

In the second test I tried to convert some files that were inside a single folder, but it still didn't convert all of them, even though it said that they had been converted.
In both cases I gave as output a folder in a different path than the input files (I attach an example photo)
I've verified that if you don't select anything as the output path and save the files in their original paths, the problem doesn't seem to occur and everything converts correctly.
The problem needs to be resolved when you have to select a DIFFERENT OUTPUT path. The other problem is this, it would be nice if the arrow worked or the drop-down menu could be widened, so you could scroll up and see which files have not been converted, but it is not possible like this.
