SubscriberHello!
My Fluent simulation is a three-dimensional pipe consisting of a solid and fluid phase. I have been exporting solution results, and I have found some variation from what I expect.
When I export nodal Fluent pressures in the fluid phase, I would expect that static pressure + dynamic pressure = total pressure, but the results are not exact. I have included the results for three (randomly selected) fluid nodes in the figure below.

Ansys EmployeeWhat are you exporting? Node or cell values? I would try exporting cell values and check again.nMarch 9, 2023 at 12:44 amHilary Egglestone
SubscriberHi Helen, did you ever find a solution? I am currently experiencing the same issue where total pressure does not equal static + dynamic. Thanks!
