Errors regarding SOLID187 Usage

  While trying to complete the ANSYS learning courses, I have run into the following error:
  
  Seeing as though I am using ANSYS student, SOLID187 should be included. I have attempted a reinstall and have no other ANSYS applications open on other devices using this license. Any advice on solutions would be much appreciiated!
