Error in Fluent Icing calculations

  Hello everyone!
  I am trying to perform a multi-shot icing simulation over a 2D airfoil. I have followed the guidelines regarding the case requirements, and therefore i have generated a 2.5D grid, with only 1 cell in the spanwise direction. The geometry has been generated using design modeller and the mesh with ansys meshing with the sweep method. The airflow calculation ends correctly, achieving convergence in 60 iterations. However, then the particles calculation does not start, i get this error. I also attach some photos of the mesh:
