Drying grain in Rocky with CFD Particle Drying Module

      Hi there,

I've been trying to dry wheat grain in Rocky ansys in different ways. I tried to couple it with Ansys fluent (2-way fluent) and also 1-way constant).

In this case, I've been using CFD Particle Drying Module in Rocky, and there are some initial values that I need to input. I'm not sure if Im confused about these values, these simulation is not working properly or what. For example my grain initial moisture content is 20% wet base and I need to put some inital values for solvent, and solute. My question is that, the solute is the solid grain itself correct?

Also, why in the real experiment the moisture drops to maybe 10% in 20 minutes, but in the simulation it drops in less than 1 second.

Does anyone have any idea about this?

      Best,
