Design modeler not available in workbench

  I am not seeing new designmodeler geometry when i right click on geometry tab in workbench in 2026 R1 version(not student verson). I have installed complete Fluid package. "agppi" increment is also not seen in license. Is it required to see & use design modeler or is it some installation issue?
