Hi,

I want to perform a paint removal process on CFRP material. I want to determine the surface temperature and material removal depth by moving the laser along one axis.

The results I obtained are as follows. How should I proceed? The laser parameters I used are:
Laser power: 50 W
Wavelength: 1064 nm
Frequency: 80 kHz
Laser scanning speed: 100-1500 mm/s range

 

I am trying to create using the element birth and death method (APDL).
