Ansys Setup, getting random walls, interfaces, regions, etc.

I've been having some critical problems with my project on Ansys Flow (Fluent). The mesh isn't opening (it used to), instead it's giving me this message "unable to open file...either the application crashed or workbench lost communication with it." It worked when I was working on my project the previous day. Another thing is, when I started working on the setup part, I noticed that under the boundary conditions, there were a bunch of random walls, etc. When I click on those boundaries or walls, nothing on my model is highlighted. I'm wondering if there's anyone who can assist me with this issue? It will not let me proceed as this is a vital step of the project.

Not sure why the mesh isn't opening, please put a specific post into Products with some screen shots of the error messaged.

If you didn't share topology or have faces in very close proximity you may have interface zones in Fluent. These also have a wall that's created to cover the scenario when the faces don't fully overlap, these can't be viewed.
