ANSYS Mesher Hyperbolic node distribution

Is it possible to get a two-sided hyperbolic node distribution in ANSYS Mesher.

I would like to be able to set an edge sizing and specify that distribution with a first spacing size on each end.

If you insert an Edge Sizing then in Advanced→Bias Type you can set it to have a two-sided hyperbolic node distribution. You can also set the appropriate Bias Factor based on the desired node spacing.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Do you mean that the Bias Type that looks like this:

is two-sided hyperbolic?  Or is there another way to access the two-sided hyperbolic distribution?

Also, is there a way of specifically setting the first spacing amount.  I will have no way of predicting the ratio of smallest to largest spacings (what I think

Bias refers to). Is it supposed to be trial and error?  If so, how to I determine the first spacing size easily?

      Thanks.

Yes that is a 2-sided hyperbolic bias. If this is a wall and you want accurate modeling of the first spacing, maybe using the Inflation (RMB Mesh→Insert→Inflation) option is a better approach. This has the capability to specify First Layer Thickness.
