ANSYS Academic Teaching License Limit for Fluent

What is the node/cell limitation for fluent with the license "Academic Teaching CFD"?

I did my part by searching google.com. All I got is a 512K limit in Fluent using student licence. But that may not be the same case with Academic Teching CFD license.

      Thank you so much!

Teaching should have the same cell count cap. The only difference (that I'm aware of) is that Teaching has most of the CAD readers, Student is far more limited.

If you need a finer mesh (higher cell count) you'll need a Research or Commercial licence: your University may have these, if not use the Contact Us option on ansys.com so we can discuss.

Thanks, Rob, for the reply. I guess I will give it a try, hopefully my model is small enough to make it run.

May I use the Academic Teaching license to produce results revisions for my PhD dissertation?

      Term & Condition (https://www.ansys.com/academic/terms-and-conditions#tab1-4) says:
"Academic Student & Teaching: these products may be used only for student instruction, student projects and student demonstrations."
Is PhD dissertation revisions qualified as student projects?

Checking; I think it's a no, but I just answer technical questions. I've managed to avoid management so far...

Thanks for checking for me. This is important because my research license just expired. I may need to slightly revise my models a bit after the committee's comments. Hopefully, Academic Teaching could do. (A year of leasing on a research license is too much for just one or two days work)

If you've already done most of the work I would see if the models will open and go from there.
