Ansys 2025 R1 CAD Configuration not saving.

We are having an odd issue of the CAD Configuration Manager 2025 of not saving our selections.  I have Ansys 2025 R1 along with the Service Pack 3 deployed to our labs and I had a user report (I tested too) when trying to in use the Workbench they are receiving the following error when using Static Structural -> Import Geometry (Selecting a Solidworks SLDPRT model) -> Model -> Edit:

We are using an admin account to change the selections for all users, and selecting Solidworks -> Workbench Associative Interface, then under CAD configuration click "Configure Selected CAD Interface" and it configures properly:

Prerequisites ..... Configure Success
Discovery Workbench Plugin ..... Configure Success

CAD Configuration log file was written to location:  C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\CADConfigLogs\v251\Latest\CADConfigurationMgr.log

When I close it and open it again as admin it does not save the selection and Solidworks remains unchecked.

The Odd part is if I open the CAD Configuration Manager 2025 R1 again and I change the CAD configurations for Solidworks and run the configurator but leave the Ansys CAD Configuration Manager 2025 R1 program open, then redo the steps above to edit the SLDPRT part in the workbench it will open and work properly.  After it opens I can close the Ansys CAD Configuration Manager 2025 R1 then run  the test again and it the part opens properly again in Mechanical.  But if I then open Ansys CAD Configuration Manager 2025 R1 again it shows the SOLIDWORKS Selection as unchecked again.  Another quarky issue is I have to open and configuration manager the first time then exit and open it a second to apply this odd workaround.  I cant just open the Configuration Manager and leave it open the first time otherwise it will give me the same error.
