不能直接生成3d组件，需要先转换成 HFSS 3D 模型，然后在 HFSS 3D 里面生成 3D Component。但是可以导入不加密的3D组件。加密的3D组件不可以导入，强行导入会报以下错误。注意2021R1版本开始可以支持导入加密的3D组件。
