1、 一般来讲，C_Comp这个参数由IC设计端通过测试获得（或者IC设计时知道该值是多少）
2、 如果没有得到该值，可以通过仿真获得，具体可以通过Tool->Options里面的SPISim勾选Simulate and Measure C_Comp这个选项，软件会自动计算出C_Comp值并写入到IBIS文件中
