You need to define the maximum allowable gap tolerance between the bodies.<\/p>\n<p>To create the volume, use the <strong>Volume Extract tool<\/strong> in the Prepare tab. By enabling the &#8220;<em>Create Tolerant Volume<\/em>&#8221; option in the options panel and specifying a maximum gap tolerance, the volume will be generated when the gaps are smaller than the set maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Please refer the following video to understand how you can use this feature.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note that this is a <strong>beta feature<\/strong> for <span class=\"keyword\">Ansys Discovery<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"keyword\">2025 R1<\/span>, which provide options that are outside of the normal scope of\u00a0<span class=\"keyword\">Ansys Discovery<\/span>.
