I need to kill the spaceclaim.exe process in the task manager to exit and release the license."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Answer: This issue has been seen with users running TeamViewer on their machine, with versions 10 and lower.  Test by exiting TeamViewer completely and see if that allows proper function of ANSYS SCDM. If so, updating TeamViewer to 11 or newer should resolve the issue. We do not support running through TeamViewer.
