RSM internal file transfer mechanism is used 2. Client and Submit host are the same machine  There will be this error in the RSMJob report: &#8220;port number cannot be zero&#8221;.  In order to use this RSM configuration to run jobs locally, you need to use the Operating system file transfer mechanism.
