This error can occur when Periodic boundary conditions are used. Consider the following error message: Error: Non-conformal periodic interface with empty intersection. This is likely due to incorrect specification of periodic offset values. Please check the offset values \u200b\u200bspecified and recreate the interface. Error: Could not intersect threads 5 and 4. Error Object: # f Here, threads 5 and threads 4 are the boundary IDs with the periodic boundaries. This message appears when the Offset value is incorrectly specified. Please correct the direction and Offset value.
