This can be done easily by using one of the principal planes (XY,XZ,YZ), then creating an isoclip on that plane.  The isoclip is based on a local radius rr=sqrt((x-xo)^2+(y-yo)^2) (for the XY plane), where (xo,yo) determine the center of the circle.    A user variable RR is created from the expression rr.
