To detect interference, turn on \u201cBody Interference\u201d in the Display options. Refer attached image which shows this option. This uses the faceting of solid bodies to do a visual comparison of interferences but won\u2019t give you an actual measured interference.  The benefit is that it displays in real time and will update when you move an object.
