Create a journal file with a command like:  define boundary-conditions zone-type BC BCtype  where BC is either the name or the ID of the boundary and BCtype is the type (wall, pressure outlet, &#8230;).  Copy and paste the above line into a text file, then add other lines for other boundaries, give this text file and extension .jou and save it.   Then go to File -> Read -> Journal and load the file.
