In R19.1 and later version, we can select element sets to apply HDF5 file. In the same window, to assign the HDF5 to specific surface, uncheck the &#8220;All Element&#8221; under &#8220;Scope&#8221;, and for &#8220;User Defined Set&#8221;, select the desired element sets.
