But the keyword is only working for names withing GROUPS and HOST GROUP lists (documented by Flexera).   Therefore, e.g  MAX 10 USER sampleuser    is still case sensitive and will not work, if the application asks in the name of SAMPLEUSER, even if  GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE  is switched on.
