It is observed that “ELASTIC SUPPORT” can offer stiffness in only Normal direction. Spring and Joint connections are the options to leverage up on. Here a General joint based example is created and results with Beam and 3D Solid model were compared. Customer case has of 100’s of piles and interested in quick solution turnaround time. Hence an workflow of Beam model with General joint is suggested.<\/p>\n
