This document describes the steps required to create the Licensing diagnostic files for a Client machine. We will present Windows and Linux situations and using the GUI only. For the moment, it is not possible to be done using command lines. We will also present shortly the content of the gathered files. Another document exists for License Server machine. Even if the same machine is acting as License Server and Client, both diagnostics must be done because the tools won\u2019t gather the same files.<\/p>\n
