You get this error when you do not have sufficient memory to run the case. Find out the cell count (Mesh->Info->Size). A 1Million cell case needs at least 1GB RAM in single precision solver and 2GB RAM in double precision solver. If the problem exists even with the above mentioned memory, check the user resource limits. This problem comes when the user resource limits are set too low.
