This can be caused by the screen resolution settings.  If this problem occurs, a way to avoid the problem is to set the screen settings to 100%. Settings other than 100% have been known to cause the problem.  1. Close all ansys instances 2. In your desktop right click and under Display change the settings to 100% 3.
