The task can be performed by using element sizing so the node will be at the desired location.  Another method is to create a hardpoint so that a node will be generated at the location during meshing.  This method is not typically recommended, but it will place a node at that location so that the result can be retrieved.  If changing the mesh is not an option, the only way to get a result at an arbitrary location is to create a path with one of the path points at the desired location.
