1. In Fluent Meshing – watertight geometry workflow, the Describe geometry tab has an option of changing all fluid-fluid boundary types from wall to interior. You can use that to convert wall to interior. 2. Another option is you can select the boundaries that you want and change to whatever type of boundary you want to. To do so, go to Boundary > Manage. In the Manage Face Zones window, you can select the Face Zone Groups (in your case wall) and all the walls will be highlighted in the Face Zones.
