Whenever a restart is performed from this RES file, and no DEF file or modified CCL in RES file is used to override the setting of &#8220;Frozen Rotor Theta Offset&#8221; stored in the RES file, the restart will be performed using the existing setting for the parameter &#8220;Frozen Rotor Theta Offset&#8221;. The reason is, that a clean restart can be performed in case the parameter &#8220;Frozen Rotor Theta Offset&#8221; has been previously defined.  To override the setting of the parameter &#8220;Frozen Rotor Theta Offset&#8221;, perform one of the following steps:     1) Edit the CCL of the RES file and explicitely set the parameter &#8220;Frozen Rotor Theta Offset&#8221; to another value.     2) Use a DEF file and the RES file for a restart.
