However, if this becomes corrupted (usually due to a system crash while the file is in use) ANSYS SpaceClaim will not launch.  Type %appdata% into the Windows Explorer panel and you&#8217;ll see an Ansys folder and a SpaceClaim folder. Open the SpaceClaim folder and rename the &#8220;SCDM19.x&#8221; folder as &#8220;oldSCDM19.x&#8221;.  Replace &#8220;x&#8221; with whichever version isn&#8217;t launching.
