Select 0 in number of processes under &#8216;Parallel&#8217; selection.  If that works, it means MPI processes are not able to start when you are selecting other options.  MPI processes could be blocked by Antivirus or Firewall.  To avoid the conflict of Antivirus with MPI, you can exclude some TCP ports in Antivirus.  For Intel MPI, We advise to open up ports from 30000-59999.
